Terms and Conditions
Guests must be 21 and older to be able to check in at the property.
A physical I.D. and credit/debit card with chip and pin, must be presented at the front desk to authorize payment for the reservation and required security deposit.
Refundable Policy The guest must cancel 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Policy The reservation is prepaid for and non-refundable. Guests are not allowed to modify or cancel the reservation at any time. Cancelling or modifying the reservation will result in a penalty of the cost of the entire stay.
1st Night Policy The hotel will charge the first night 48 hours prior to check in time to assure that credit/debit cards are active. Failure to charge the first night could result in the reservation being cancelled.
Smoking Policy The use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes, are not permitted within the facilities of 42Hotel.
Pet Policy Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals.
